The LokkLatch REGULAR S3 is a general-purpose gate latch designed for square posted gates around the house. It’s commonly used on:

Once installed, the latch is vertically and horizontally adjustable, so it's simple to fine-tune as a gate settles or timber posts move slightly with the seasons.
For gates that need to be operated from both sides, an optional External Access Button (EAB) connects to the main latch via a connecting rod. Because the rod runs through the post, fitting the EAB requires only one drilled hole – a simple job for most installers. Note: locking the External Access Button does not simultaneously lock the main latch, so it's worth checking which locking method suits your security needs before you order.
